  • Q: Can I add an external antenna if the signal is weak?

    A: Yes, many of our GPRS models feature an SMA connector, allowing you to attach a high-gain external antenna to reach signals from deep inside cabinets.

  • Q: How much data does the meter use per month?

    A: For standard hourly readings, the data usage is very low—typically less than 10MB to 20MB per month, making the service costs very affordable.
