Maintenance of photovoltaic projects is no longer difficult!

In today's era rapid global economic development, serious shortage of energy source and natural resource. Especially electricity resources, the increasingly acute contradiction between electricity supply and demand, uneven electricity consumption and uneven distribution of electricity resources have become problems that need to be solved urgently. In this era of increasingly tense energy, with the continuous research on solar power, photovoltaic power generation has been used widely.

Generally, the size of conventional photovoltaic panels is about 1M*1.6M , and the electricity of each photovoltaic panel is about 300W. A project often uses hundreds, thousands or even tens of thousands of photovoltaic panels. Due to the quantities of photovoltaic panels is huge ,  in the industry how to maintenance them has always been a problem. The overall efficiency is low and it is difficult to locate which photovoltaic panel is damaged, and the search cost is quite high. In response to these problems, Yongtailong has developed a new photovoltaic panel monitoring device.

The smart photovoltaic monitoring device is developed for photovoltaic power generation projects. The device can measure the voltage, current, electricity and power of photovoltaic panels. With Wi-Fine remote communication, it conforms to the DLT645-2007 protocol, used for parameter setting and data reading, and can be remotely upgraded. The input voltage is DC25-60V, the electric current is DC15A, and the accuracy class is 1.0. It can monitor the usage of photovoltaic panels in real time, collect power generation data, and analyze energy consumption. Photovoltaic panel damage can be located  quickly and accurately to the corresponding photovoltaic panel and actively warn, which greatly reduces the difficulty of troubleshooting, improves the real-time performance of maintenance, and saves a lot of costs.

On June 3, 2019, at the "SNEC PV POWER EXPO 2019", Cao Renxian, vice chairman of the China Power Supply Society, said, "Starting from 2025, China's photovoltaic power generation will become the main energy source gradually. "With the popularity of photovoltaic power generation, smart photovoltaic monitoring devices will also become one of the indispensable products in the photovoltaic power generation series.
