1. Is the power supply normal?
Cause of the problem:
The core circuit of the DC meter requires stable power supply support. If the power supply voltage fluctuates too much or the power supply is unstable, the meter may display abnormally or even fail to work properly.
Troubleshooting and solution:
Check the power input voltage:
Use a multimeter to measure whether the input power is within the working range specified on the meter nameplate (such as 5V, 12V, etc.).
Eliminate contact problems:
Check whether the power plug and cable are firmly connected. If there is poor contact, repair or replace it in time.
External power adapter:
If the meter supports external power supply, please give priority to high-quality power adapters to ensure stable power output.

When exposed to high humidity for a long time, condensation may occur inside the meter, causing short circuits or abnormal display.

Check environmental conditions:
Confirm that the ambient temperature is between -10°C and 50°C and the relative humidity does not exceed 85% (no condensation).
Add protective measures:
In environments with high humidity, add a moisture-proof protective cover to the meter or add a dehumidifier to the installation area.
Avoid direct sunlight:
Long-term exposure to sunlight may cause the device to overheat, and it should be avoided to be installed in direct sunlight areas.

Keep away from interference sources:
Install the meter in an area away from high-frequency equipment, or add a shielding layer when wiring.
Add filtering device:
Install an electromagnetic interference filter on the power supply line to prevent interference signals from affecting the meter through the power line.
Electrostatic protection:
Ensure that during installation and operation, personnel and the environment are effectively treated with electrostatic protection.
