Counter-current meter is an intelligent instrument designed to detect and prevent the reverse flow of current or energy in a power system. Definition and function

How it works
The working principle of anti-counter-current watt-hour meter is based on the relationship between current direction and voltage. The voltage transformer is responsible for lowering the high voltage to the low voltage for the internal circuit of the meter; the current transformer detects the current in the circuit and transmits the signal to the control unit. The control unit processes these signals, determines the direction of the current, and issues an alarm signal when a counter-current is detected.
