- Price and quality
There is no doubt that reasonable price and excellent quality are two of the most important factors in choosing suppliers. Sometimes the price is directly proportional to the quality. Low price means low quality, but sometimes the price can not reflect the quality.
- Supplier's R & D capability
This is a necessary condition for a partner. If a supplier has no R & D capability, their products will be eliminated in future iterations. Excellent suppliers must have the ability to lead the market and bring buyers a win-win situation.
- Others
It includes after-sales service, technical support, marketing personnel and so on. Electronic and electrical industry is a special one, which needs professional team and strong technical support.
- Delivery time
Due to the recent global supply chain problems, some raw materials are in short supply and the delivery time is extended. So some buyers try to purchase from more suppliers than before.
According to the market survey, all things should be considered when choosing suppliers, so that you can find the supplier with the highest comprehensive ability.
