The load control function means that the meter is designed with high quality relays inside, which can be switched on and off according to the requirements to achieve the purpose of controlling the power supply, which is the key function of intelligent management and control.
According to the installation method, the power meter can be divided into, suspention power meters, din rail power meters, panel power meter, etc..
There are many functions about the load control extension of the energy meter.
1、Remote control function: the energy meter has remote communication function, when there is a temporary electricity tension, the meter will be pulled remotely to cut off the user's power supply; when the electricity is restored and then remotely to close the gate to connect the power.
2, power control function: according to the power supply or line situation, set the maximum allowable power value of the meter, when the detected load power is greater than the set value, the relay will automatically disconnect and cut off the power supply.
3、Time control function: it is to set different time periods for automatic pulling and closing control, that is, when to open and when to close; according to the power supply situation, there is a plan for power control.
4、Fee control function: that is, the prepaid function, first recharge the electricity, when the recharge power is used up automatically disconnect the relay, cut off the power supply, to solve the problem of charging difficulties.
5、Power preservation function: when the meter receives the power preservation order, it will be in the power preservation state, and the meter in the power preservation state will not perform any pulling operation caused by the situation until the power preservation order is lifted. After the power preservation order is lifted, the current state of the meter will not be changed and the meter will be in the state of continuing to use electricity. smart Power meter power protection function can protect important facilities, key users with electricity.
6, load switch misoperation detection function: load switch built-in smart electricity meter, if the actual state of the load switch in the meter is not consistent with the command state of the energy meter to the load switch, and lasts for more than 5s, it should be recorded as a load switch misoperation event; and reported to the system platform, to ensure that the function is in good condition.
