    A: The ratio can be set directly via the front panel buttons (protected by a password) or remotely through the RS485 communication interface using our configuration software.

  • Q: Can I use this for both 1A and 5A secondary CTs?

    A: We offer specific models for 1A and 5A inputs. Please ensure you select the model that matches the secondary current output of your chosen current transformers.

  • Q: Is there a risk of high voltage at the meter terminals?

    A: No, the CTs step down the current to safe levels (max 6A). However, CT secondary circuits must never be opened while the primary is live to prevent high-voltage spikes.

  • Q: Can this meter measure reactive energy?

    A: Yes, it provides full 4-quadrant measurement, which is essential for industrial sites to monitor and improve their power factor and avoid utility penalties.
