System testing is the key stage in the development of Wi-Fine communication system. It is the final gateway to ensure the quality and reliability of the system, it is also the final review of the whole system development process. Although strict technical review has been adopted at each stage of product development, to ensure that problems will be found and corrected as soon as possible, but the joint debugging still need be done by large scale test.
The tested products are electricity meters and DCU. The most real, accurate and reliable data can be obtained by simulating the user's daily use scenario.
The main contents of system test include:
- Communication distance test
Test method:
① Visual distance single meter and multi meters’ test.
② Single meter and multi meters’ test of urban building complex distance.
- Communication rate test,
Test method:
① Read the current data of single instrument under the condition of open sight distance
② Read the load profile data of a single meter under the condition of wide viewing distance
③ Read the billing data of a single meter under the condition of open visual distance
④ Read the on / off condition of single-phase power supply under the condition of open visual distance
⑤ Read the whole network collection and copy the load profile data under the condition of open visual distance
⑥ Under the condition of open visual distance, read the whole network collection and copy the billing data
- Communication pressure test
Test method:
More than 1000 (PC), the maximum number of access meter of 1pc DCU.
